My goal as a Realtor is helping people. Great communication, education, and knowledge of the market are some of the ways I accomplish that. Buying and/or selling a home can be a very stressful endeavor, and I find satisfaction in assisting clients through this process. Being available to clients and keeping them informed during the process is essential, and I take pride in offering these services to all of the families I work with.
Having a Senior Real Estate Specialist designation allows me to work closely with seniors who need information and advice about whether it makes more sense to stay in their current home or transition to a smaller home or possibly move to a community where they can receive more help from day to day. I'm also working with families who have lost a parent or family member and need help with selling a home and connecting them with professionals that can assist them with the process such as movers, estate sale companies etc.
