Aimee Chalifoux

This is our second time working with Aimee. We chose to work with her a second time for her deep knowledge of the town, the neighborhoods, and the real estate market here. We were very pleased with how the sale of our house went. The way the home was marketed was 100% top notch and we felt comfortable that we were in good hands all the way through. As a buyers’ agent, Aimee knows our family and our needs well. She is responsive, never makes us feel rushed or pressured and always makes herself available to us.

My husband and I house hunted for more than a year. Aimee never failed to set an appointment for anything we wanted to see. She also gave extremely valuable feedback on houses we "questioned" (like why was it on the market so long?) or knew immediately if it was a house not to bother seeing based on our requirements. Not only did she skillfully negotiate for us, but when we were trying to decide on a house that needed chimney work she took it upon herself to send the inspection photos to two different chimney companies and get estimates. On the other side, she gave us valuable feedback on the house we were trying to sell even though she was not our agent (the location was more than 50 miles away from where we purchased). Anyway, Aimee showed immense patience and was a delight to work with.

We really enjoyed working with Aimee and Waterfront Realty. Aimee was and still is extremely responsive to our questions and very helpful. She has been accommodating, hardworking and will continue to be a great contact in our new community. Aimee got my wife and I into every home we asked her to almost immediately and advised us every step of the way. She was a joy to work with and I would absolutely recommend her to everyone. As an additional perk, Waterfront had a box truck that Aimee let us borrow for the days of our move which was very convenient and went above and beyond the call of duty.
