Aimee's experience, attention to detail, and network of professional inspectors made my home buying process easier than it could have been and helped me find a great home. I am a first time home buyer, so my first meeting with Aimee started with the grueling process of understanding the contract. I became quickly familiar as I put in offers. The Los Angeles market is a bit crazy in that one of the homes we put in an offer on had a total of 17 offers. I wasn't able to swing that, but once we finally found a home that fit our price range and fit our needs Aimee helped to put us over the finish line. The process to get there was several months, but having Aimee working the process by going to open houses and scheduling with the seller's agent to view homes made everything easier. After the first few homes, Aimee was able to hone in on what worked for me and was able to more quickly suggest possible matches as well as telling me to run, not walk, away. The escrow process with Aimee was not without hiccups, but she was able to help through the process. The main issue was discovered during the inspections where her recommendation for a sewer inspection paid off. Essentially the sewer line was broken under the cement in front of the house and was washing the underlying dirt away in preparation for a future sinkhole. Finding this issue plus a few other minor faults helped with the negotiation process to settle on an agreeable price. Once we closed, Aimee was helpful again when the seller's didn't uphold a few items in the contract. Aimee worked with the seller's agent to quickly come up with a resolution that worked out. After closing, we used Aimee's recommendations to do the repairs and it turned out to be a good decision. In addition to repairing the sewer, they were able to replace all the plumbing. All in all a great experience.

Aimee is the best. Healthy sense of humor, frank, incredibly responsive, we love her. We bugged her constantly with questions and she answered every one knowledgeably. She wasn't afraid to tell us when an idea we had wasn't a good one, and was able to immediately explain why, but she was also very responsive to our good ideas. Held our hand through our first selling experience like a champ. Her description of our home and photographs were thorough and great. Highly recommended.
