Working with Aimee and Ashley to sell my townhome could not have been easier nor more pleasant. They were both very professional and fully prepared each step of the way from my initial meeting/interview with Aimee through the closing. I had to do very little in the way of getting people to do the usual tasks like inspections, cleaning, painting. Aimee has all the people ready to go and for very reasonable rates. I only gave 5 stars because Zillow wouldn't let me give 10. Do yourself a favor and work with Aimee and her team.

Aimee and her associates were awesome! They were very professional, knowledgeable, and courteous, while helping to make a difficult move more manageable. Since we were in the process of moving long distance, they were also very accommodating in making digital communication available. Aimee helped us buy our first house. We moved from out of state and purchased our house sight unseen. With Aimee's knowledge, research and ability to work with the seller's realtor, we were able to make a confident offer in our budget despite the risks. Aimee was very candid about the market, helped us get to know the area and what to look for in the house and was extremely responsive throughout the entire process. She also was able to recommend contractors to get some work done on our house post-move in too. I cannot recommend Aimee and her team enough - she kept the process of buying a home exciting, even during the ultra stressful parts!

I highly recommend Aimee! There’s many realtors out there but she’s definitely one of the best if not the best! She will listen to your needs , let you know what’s possible ( and not) ,will sell your home profitable and find you what you’re looking for.
