For both the selling of my previous home and purchase of a new home, Aileen was incredible. She completely put me at ease for the selling and buying processes. When a previous realtor I was using did not provide results, Aileen willingly took over the selling of my previous home without hesitation and had an offer even quicker than we expected! My husband and I also bought a home in the Winter Garden area. Aileen was extremely responsive and thorough with her search recommendations. Being a local, she was very knowledgeable about the area we were looking to buy. Aileen was very flexible and accommodating to both our schedules and the seller's requests. She answered all our questions and explained every detail-making the selling and buying processes go as smoothly as possible. We feel so blessed to have had such a knowledgeable, accessible, experienced, and thoughtful realtor! :)

Aileen was the best agent to work with. She was always quick to respond, communicated clearly, and would give us the best advice. She knows the market like the back of her hand and handled all bumps in the road flawlessly. She was able to have our house under contract in 3 days. She would call me the moment she had any information during the closing process. She made selling a house the easiest process and I would recommend her to everyone looking to buy or sell a house. She is very kind and genuine with wanting to give you the best service possible.

Aileen was very patient and helpful in making sure we understood each step of the purchasing process. She even went to bat for us with the seller to have the old AC unit replaced and a credit toward a new garbage disposal, both of which were in bad shape. Highly recommend for all of your real estate needs!

Aileen did a great job listing and selling our Condo. Very easy to deal with, very accessible, attention to detail, all t's crossed and i's dotted, got us a great offer with no surprises at closing. Highly recommend - 5 stars

Enjoyed our experience with Aileen. Would definitely use her again if the opportunity arises. Sold our house in less than one day and it was not a sellers market. She was efficient, expedient, experienced, pleasant, helpful, etc. Couldn't have asked for anything more. All of this happened in the aftermath of the 2008 real estate fiasco. She was willing to take a cut in the preferred percentage rate that agents requested for the sale of a house. All of this proved that she was flexible in working with customers at that point in time. I feel she is still the same since she has integrity in her job performance.

Aileen was awesome to work with! She found us an amazing home at a great price. We are pretty specific with our tastes and Aileen was somehow able to find just what we were looking for. Our entire process was so smooth.

Easy to work with. Understood our need and what we were looking for. We wanted a 3 car garage and 4 bedrooms in a small , quiet area. She let us suggest homes to look at and worked well with the sellers.

Aileen helped make the home selling process as smooth as possible. She was always ready to do what was needed any time or day to move the process along.

Aileen knows her market and will go out of her way to help you through your exciting experience. She treats you like family and looks out for your best interest. I highly recommend her!

Had nothing to do,Aileen did it all.
