Enjoyed our experience with Aileen. Would definitely use her again if the opportunity arises. Sold our house in less than one day and it was not a sellers market. She was efficient, expedient, experienced, pleasant, helpful, etc. Couldn't have asked for anything more. All of this happened in the aftermath of the 2008 real estate fiasco. She was willing to take a cut in the preferred percentage rate that agents requested for the sale of a house. All of this proved that she was flexible in working with customers at that point in time. I feel she is still the same since she has integrity in her job performance.
