Aileen is great to work with, very knowledgeable about the real estate market, and uses the best consultants (title company, home inspectors, professional photographer for listing photos, etc.) that make the entire process easy from listing the home to closing day. She worked extended hours to review the onslaught of offers and presented them in an organized straightforward manner that made it simple to understand the terms of each offer and select the right one. We were under contract within 48 hours of listing the home (and within 24 hours after the open house)! It was a whirlwind! I look forward to using her again on my next purchase!
