Experience:
Ahmad‘s experience in real estate started right after he graduated from California State University Long Beach with an Economics Bachelor of Arts degree in 2003. He worked in property management as a property manager assistant in 2003. He demonstrated many skills in excellent property owner relations, tenant retention, maintenance management, and increasing profitability.
Ahmad has been a California real estate broker licensee since 2007 and started his real estate career with helping many property owners who were facing eminent foreclosure by short sales and other options to keep their properties. With his excellent customer service experience and getting-the-job-done-as-expected methodologies, he has represented sellers and buyers from different walks of life with different levels of experience for single family houses, condominiums, townhouses, small and medium apartment buildings, retail and residential mixed use property, and vacant land properties with proposed residential multi unit development projects and also he has managed most of these property types since 2007. His sellers and buyers are aware fully of the details of their transactions and closed within their individual timelines. His landlords have their situations with trouble tenants and code enforcement violations resolved effectively and in timely manner. Ahmad walks with each client through the process patiently as if the client is the client is the only client Ahmad has by giving them ample time to discuss details and suggesting other effective solutions.
Also, Ahmad has managed condominium and planned unit community associations (also known as common interest developments) since 2016 and assisted in developing many association’s policies and getting the community associations back in order regarding delinquent accounts and unfinished projects amicably and in timely manner.
