My sister wanted to buy a house that was for sale by owner. Agatha was recommended because she lived near Rancho Cucamonga. The sale went smoothly and there were no problems. My other sister decided to buy a condo in a gated community in a nearby area to my sister’s place. There were all kinds of problems. The HOA had a lien against it.
