We first met afifa when she was the agent for the seller of the house we bought in 2014. While looking out for the interests of her client she also was considerate and caring of our family. She paid out of her own pocket improvements to the house that brought it to code and made it safe for a family to live in. It's for this reason that we decided to work with her when we recently were looking to sell our house and buy a new one. She gave excellent advice for each offer that came in, while also helping us find our new home. We found our Dream House and made an offer on it which was accepted. However the buyer was in a hurry to sell the home and we were having troubles getting a stable buyer for our existing home. Her excellent negotiation skills in working with the seller's agent allowed us to retain our offer while we waited for escrow to close on our home. It's because of her experience in the real estate market and her Connections in the industry that we were able to keep our offer as a priority and ultimately move into our Dream Home.
