I can’t say enough good things about working with Aerial Hairston. From our very first conversation, I could tell she truly knew the local market inside and out — and that knowledge showed in everything she did. She priced my home just right and got the word out fast through her network, holding multiple open houses and generating real interest right away. What meant the most to me was how present she was throughout the whole process. I live out of state, so selling my home from a distance could have been stressful and disorienting. Instead, Aerial made it easy. She checked in regularly, kept me updated on the market, and made sure I never felt out of the loop even though I was hundreds of miles away. When we finally got a viable offer, she handled the negotiations with real skill and care, and got us to a deal I was genuinely happy with. Aerial isn’t just a knowledgeable realtor — she’s someone who clearly cares about the people she’s working for. I’m so grateful to have had her in my corner, and I’ll be recommending her to everyone I know who’s buying or selling in the area.

As a first time homebuyer, Aerial eased all of my concerns and questions by thoroughly communicating through the entire process. She also helped me to develop a realistic plan for buying my home. I purchased my home while living in another state and Aerial was able to be present at the home when I wasn’t able to do so. This buying experience was easily a 12/10! Aerial started this process by helping us sell our first home and then guided us through the purchase of our upgrade. We thought it might be a bit tricky to sell our previous home while locking in on our new construction at the same time, but she made everything feel seamless.
