Dianna helped me find my first home in CA and since then I've used her 2 more times. But on this transaction, she took what should have been an ordinary deal to new heights, surpassing what no other realtor has done for me (used 6 others in my life) or I've heard of others doing. The lender of the buyer of my home flopped. 100% not in Dianna's control, even though behind the scenes to me, Dianna had vetted the lender already. It was an individual within the lender that caused issues (humans!). Ok, everyone says their agent is the best, but I've used her 3 times now in 7 years and I have 1000% percent confidence in her ability to get every detail done in a real estate deal. Dianna doesn't walk you through a house, she knows it before you step inside- she's done this forever! Inspections- she knows everyone, don't worry about it (sewer, chimney and even constructional engineers to verify retaining walls). Dianna sniffed out small items and cleared them before we knew it was even an issue. And closing... there are so many items that could go wrong outside our control, and that's where Dianna shines- she controls the uncontrollable. While living in a skilled nursing facility learning to live with a newly paralyzed diagnosis , Dianna took control and was determined to find the perfect home for me so I could have the best life possible Not only did she sell and close the home I lived in while I was in ICU she also found a home that could accommodate my new condition. Unable to actually shop for my home we worked wonderfully through videos and FaceTime. As well as finding the perfect home for me she also coordinated hiring the perfect contractor to convert this home to accommodate my disabilities After 5 months away i am now happily in my new home.
