I have used numerous realtors on other properties. Adrienne was without question the most responsive realtor I've ever dealt with. I asked for information regarding comps and five minutes later I got it. She was extremely knowledgeable of the market and was very helpful with providing contractors for possible work. Additionally she was able to obtain estimates on necessary repairs, and are hell me to assess what the estimates should be.
