I was in the process of buying a once-in-a-lifetime short sale and was growing impatient. I started looking at homes further out the area in the same price range. I remember sending her pictures of a house I was interested in, and she sent me a message back saying nice furniture jokingly. I’m glad she talked me out of that decision, as my current home has dramatically increased in value and in a growing area.
