Adrienne was incredibly professional and skilled. She was knowledgeable about what needed to be done to facilitate a quick sale and, just as important, what would not provide a return on investment. On the first day on market, we got 2 offers, one of which was significantly above the asking price. She was also incredibly supportive about unexpected obstacles that popped up.
