Adrienne Lovejoy

I went to 5 Real Estate agents who refused to list my house then I had a letter sent to me after I put my listing on Zello For Sale by Owner. I went into meeting with Adrienne Lovejoy skeptical and thinking it would just be more than its worth. LET ME TELL YOU... I had the best experience! My house was on the market for a short 30 days and we closed 2 weeks ahead of schedule, I kept feeling like things were going to go bad after my past 5 failed attempts but she made this experience painless and super easy. Adrienne was great at communicating, even when she was on vacation with her family she was making sure I was taking care of. Adrienne was on top of every little detail every step of the way! Don Plourde came to the closing in place of Adrienne as she was on vacation and did not want to hold up the closing. They sure have a wonderful team over there. I would Highly Recommend Coldwell Banker and especially Adrienne Lovejoy and I don't say that about to many companies. I will be using Adrienne this spring when I try and purchase a new home for my Family to enjoy.
