During our search for that "perfect" home, we interacted with several dozen Agents in Northern Texas, Georgia, the Carolinas and Tennessee. Then we stumbled on what appeared to be the right house to call home, and we selected Adrienne to be our "Sally on the spot", since we were buying from out of State and sight-unseen. Now, most all the other Agents in our search were happy to sell us a house. But our needs and price range required a much more dedicated and hands on approach to assist us in our home purchase. Not Adrienne. She was more than happy to take multiple verbal offers to the sellers until we could nail down a probable deal and get the legit paperwork started. She stayed in close contact with us through the pre-sale, and post-sale. Her recommendations concerning procedure were precise and appreciated. When we threw a curve ball at her, she found the right people that had the right answers. All-in-all, without Adrienne, we don't believe we would have been able to buy this "perfect home".
