We love our new home

While researching moving to North Carolina from Massachusetts we found Katie and Adriano’s YouTube channel. Meeting them over zoom there was an instant connection & we wanted them as our realtors. We arranged a four-day trip to view homes and Katie meticulously planned our itinerary. The first days homes were discouraging but Katie was always positive we would find the right house. Day 2 we found our home and Katie arranged for us to see it again the next day, she was just as excited as us! Katie explained the next steps and helped us through every little hiccup that arose while being in Massachusetts. Katie went above & beyond our expectations, we met a great friend!
