I must admit, I was a bit fearful when he priced aggressively to sell before the Open House- this was my HOME which means everything to me. He assured me that would help attract buyers and drive traffic in so they can come see for themselves what value my home could bring to their lives, and as a result meet or exceed what I had in mind. That being said, he held an open house and we received 3 offers above asking price, in the range we wanted. He requested the buyers submit a lending file to my lending officer for subsequent home purchase to cross qualify them. It was crucial my escrow go through because we were going to be purchasing a new home, also with his help, and we needed the funds to transfer over smoothly. We chose our buyer and he helped our escrow go as smoothly as it could on our end, despite some small snags with city inspections prior to sale I needed to handle as a seller. We got through it reasonably fast, and the new purchase closed days after our sale escrow to make a seamless transition. If I had to sell and buy again, I would definitely get his help again.
