As first time buyers, we were pretty clueless about everything! Adrianne had so much insight as to what we should look for, what things should be red flags, how much certain things like HVAC systems cost, etc. Once we found a place that we liked, she was so patient with us in explaining the process and keeping us on track with all the different deadlines, scheduling appraisals and inspections, and advocating for us with the sellers. I couldn't have been happier with our choice to use Adrianne as our realtor! I recommend her to friends every chance I get and will absolutely be calling her when the need arises again!

Adrianne showed us quite a few homes during our long search and never made us feel pressured or rushed to make a decision before we were ready. She had our best interests at heart and truly wanted us to find the very best home for our needs, regardless of how long it took. She was a huge asset in helping us understand which problems in a house were deal breakers and which were worth fixing. Her in-depth knowledge about home upkeep (everything from roofs to furnaces to garbage disposals) was incredibly helpful to us as first-time home buyers. When we finally found the home we wanted to buy, her negotiation skills beat out several other offers and we got the house!

Adrianne is a total pro! She helped us get the house we really wanted, and also made sure that we were getting a good deal and that we avoided getting a bad house. She checked the integrity of the house, pipes, and records to ensure that we had all the information we needed to make a good investment. She was patient and very kind. We couldn’t have gotten our house without her, and will for sure use her in the future!
