I've moved to Tampa in October/2022 and by February/2023 I decided it was time to buy a house. I was a first time buyer, also a rookie. I had no idea of the ins and outs of the industry. The moment I started my search, I was flooded with calls, emails, txt msgs from realtors wanting to do business with me. It was scary and frustrating. So much so that I thought about going back to renting. Then, one day I had a phone conversation with Adrianne. Adrianne was a great realtor to work with during our first home buying experience. New-ish to the Tampa area, she mapped out a visitors guide on where to view neighborhoods, gave recommendations, and genuine opinions. Through the buying process she was very responsive and always available for our questions. She really made us feel comfortable in the uncomfortable situation of homebuying. She got us in touch with an excellent mortgage broker who was able to secure our pre approval for a home loan. She also was able to find us an insurance agent to get home insurance quotes. She has contacts for every thing you need for buying a home. Once we finally settled on a home she was able to make an offer the same day and was also got us approved the same day! She set up the home inspection and got the ball rolling on everything. We barely had to do anything to buy our home. She’s extremely knowledgeable and stayed in contact with us constantly because we had a millions questions. From the day we saw the home, to the day we closed, it only took 3 weeks. Adrianne is very lovely and made this major life event such an easy process for us. I will recommend her to anyone who is interested in buying a home.
Adrianne was amazing every step of the way, from viewing multiple locations that were close matches and ultimately finding just the right spot for us, all 100% remotely as we were out of state. Adrianne was the the first realtor to contact me when I indicated I was interested in a property in Tampa. She volunteered to do a virtual walkthrough of the property. Even though it didn't work out with the first property she was instrumental in helping choose another. Even though the process wasn't without it's challenges, Adrianne continued to be patient and professional. From her virtual walkthroughs, to her being on location for the property inspection when I couldn't, Adrianne, did a wonderful job handling the increased complexity that comes with an out of state property sale.
