I’ve bought and sold/bought 3 homes doing 3 transactions with Adriane and 2 with other realtors. While I have zero complaints about any of those transactions, the experience I’ve had with Adriane was truly the best! Her experience is invaluable! She made us aware of anything and everything that could come up during our shopping/buying/and selling experience. She was a fierce advocate for us and went above and beyond with making sure we (and all other parties) were on top of things to get us in (or out of) houses quickly and smoothly. I'm having a hard time summarizing Adriane in words because she is the most thoughtful, considerate, and knowledgeable realtor you'll ever work with. From the beginning, Adriane never pressured us to put an offer on a house that wasn’t in our best interest. She always looked out for us, keeping our feet on the ground even when we felt most anxious about the housing market. In this economy, many realtors simply want you to make a purchase. Adriane, however, always made us feel comfortable with our timeline and pointed out any concerns in the houses we toured. Secondly, and I can’t emphasize this enough, Adriane is the best negotiator and advocate. On one house we decided to not move forward with, she was able to negotiate under asking and secure concessions (in this market??). For the house we closed on, she maintained constant communication with the seller’s agent and obtained information on what would make our offer competitive. When it was time for the appraisal, she built rapport with the appraiser to highlight key features of the home, even though he was initially resistant to having realtors involved in the process. Adriane is always looking out for you and your best interests, and she does it with class and professionalism. She has gained a place in our hearts and we are so happy to have had her recommended to us by our family. She will always tell you the truth and be your champion throughout the process. We are blessed to have met her and are incredibly grateful for the time and energy she put in to securing us our first home.

Adriane is the best that I have ever seen. She had been very understanding and was available for any questions. She is trustworthy and ensured that we were informed and made comfortable throughout the process. She also guided us and got us the best that we liked with her great communication skills. Could not recommend Adriane more - she treats you as if you were her family, and her diligence in finding you the right home reflects that. My partner and I were working with a somewhat tight budget in very competitive areas. Adriane advocated for us through multiple offers, and made sure we were comfortable when we did want to pursue a home. She has extreme attention to detail when it comes to the condition of homes, spotting issues like foundation cracks, presence of water, and other things that could have cost us thousands of dollars. When we did settle on the right home, Adriane fought to make our offer the most attractive. Appraisal, final walkthrough, and closing were a breeze as Adriane made sure we were educated and prepared. She was prompt and responsive throughout our home-buying process, and I will be recommending her to everyone I know.
