Adriana was a pleasure to work with. Her communication skills were terrific and we were thrilled with her marketing skills. The photos and presentation of the land were beautifully presented. She made this experience run smoothly and we were able to close escrow inside of a week. Adriana kept us informed with every step and the support staff she used (escrow and title officers, notaries, etc.) were highly competent and effective as well. After two separate attempts to sell our home with no success and realtors who never bothered to do ANYTHING, we were very jaded about the whole foothills real estate "professionals". So when Adriana contacted us asking to list our home, we told her she would be walking into a hornets nest. She accepted the challenge & won us over. She is hard working, relentless, and very pleasant to work with...We now refer to her as our "surrogate" daughter. Ultimately she did get our home sold & has now got us in escrow for another home. We had to sometimes remind ourselves that we are not her only clients because she never made us feel that we were not. Adriana and her husband, Rob, went way above anything that would be expected and we can't say enough great things about them. There will always be a place in our heats and home for them.
