Adriana Matri LLC

– Highly Recommended! We had the pleasure of working with Adriana Matri to sell two rental properties, and we couldn’t be happier with the results. With the first property, Adriana was able to find a buyer who was willing to purchase the property with the tenant in place, which allowed us to continue receiving rental income right up until the day of the sale. That was a huge advantage and showed how knowledgeable and resourceful she is. The second property was put on the market during the summer vacation season, which is typically considered a challenging time to sell. Despite that, Adriana managed to find a buyer within just two weeks of the property being listed! Adriana also does an excellent job staging and preparing the property for showings. She has a great eye for presentation and knows how to make a home look its best to potential buyers. Throughout the entire process, she kept us informed every step of the way, was responsive, professional, and made what could have been a stressful process feel easy. We are extremely grateful for Adriana’s hard work and dedication and would highly recommend her to anyone looking to buy or sell a property. She truly goes above and beyond for her clients!

Adriana guided us through buying the home 5 years ago and then selling as we embark on our next adventure. Premium Service all around. Highly recommended as a realtor and warmly considered a friend.

Adriana Matri has been great since 2019. I had multiple experiences with her. She helped me to find a house to rent. A year later with all her knowledge she found a great opportunity and I bought my primary ( first) house. As I needed to stay a period out of the country Adriana rented the house and with her supervision everything went well. She always understands the needs of the client. That’s why I ended up selling that wonderful house. I ‘m living in another country and it was the best option ever

Adriana Matri will represent your best interests whether you hire her to assist you in selling your property or buying your new dream home. She knows the market, knows the value and knows how to get a deal done. She is a pleasure to work with and always keeps you informed. She has been my realtor for years and I would not use another realtor in Florida.

I have decades of experience in the real estate investment arena and can say that Adriana Matri is the ultimate professional. She goes the extra mile for her clients as both buyer's or seller's agent. She has a tremendous eye for detail which is so important in purchasing a new property. And, she will make sure you are getting the true VALUE for your property. I highly recommend Adriana for any of your real estate needs.
