The Honorable Service Realty Group had come highly recommended by friends of mine and they definitely lived up to the expectation. Adriana provided much needed insight and advise. She was accommodating to my schedule, attentive to my needs and "must-haves," and quick to answer any questions I had. She walked me through all of the phases in the buying process and made sure I understood every step of the way. Adriana was extremely helpful and I will be recommending her to anyone who asks.

An unexpected opportunity to purchase a house came up in August. My husband and I did not really think we could sell our current home in order to purchase the next home in the short time frame. Adriana and her team worked tirelessly to make it happen. Wingman Services did a great job with the cosmetic items that needed to be fixed to put it on the market, Diana did a great job staging the house, Natasha kept us updated on everything regarding financing and Esther helped with the signs, lockbox, and other things. Adriana was available 24/7 (even on her vacation) keeping us updated on the sale of our home and the purchase of our next home. She held two open houses and a third one when the initial offer on our home did not go through. While it did not look promising for us towards the end, she persevered, encouraged us, and we reached our goal. Thank you HSR team for sticking with us.

The team was attentive and responsive to my hectic schedule and worked to make sure I had everything I needed! They were especially responsive even in later hours when getting answers was time-critical. Will be using them again fir future business ventures!

The entire team at Honorable Service Reality Group is excellent. Adriana is an excellent realtor that cares about her clients and is looking for their best interest. Meg’s team is honest and extremely efficient and very knowledgeable. Working with them you know you are in good hands either as a buyer or seller. In would not work with anyone else.

Poor communication and incorrect info provided all the way through the process and she never took accountability. A few main examples, although it was consistent through the process and the few interactions I had with her after I signed left me unhappy, after making all suggested fixes that she assured me would lock in her suggested price, she asked a day before we went live to drop the price 10k! I refused to go that low and thankfully the house sold at the original intended ask price. When I expressed concern over incorrect square footage on documents provided that could be problematic to viewers online she told me it is not her job to know how my home would appear on public listings because she only uses MLS. The day of signing I only heard from the title company and didn't even realize she would be there until she showed up after we started ....she failed to convey closing needs for a smooth transition for my next home purchase, needs she was made aware of and others in the team knew and thought were covered; thankfully, my buying agent and the buyers title company took over and communicated to resolve the issues and then she blamed them for trying to close the following day although we had conveyed with her the needs in advance and all agreed it was not an untypical ask if properly arranged. Even after close she failed to mitigate final issues and thankfully Meg was able to step in to ensure I did not loose money from the buyers agent trying to demand concessions that were outside of the contract. My last communication from Adrian was a terse message informing me to talk to the buyers closing company if I needed anything further. I am very glad Meg stepped in to help with that solution as Adriana did not seem willing to provide much assistance to resolve the issues. The rest of the team was great and I am sad I did not use another agent on the team

This is my third home purchase with Adriana and Meg. What makes them special is that they have treated us like family. They know our needs and have a keen eye that has met the needs of our family anytime. They are professional, always available and extremely responsive. I will recommend them over and over to friends and loved ones.
