Adrian Wild During the last two months I sold my residence in San Luis Obispo, California and purchased this condominium in Portland, Oregon. During the search and purchase in Portland, Adrian was my agent. Upon arriving in Portland, Adrian showed us a variety of condos to suit my needs. I am 87. My residence has been in an irrevocable trust of which my daughters are officers. The transactions involved with both the sale and the purchase required consultations and complicated signings coordinated at each step. Neither of my daughters live in Portland or San Luis Obispo.
