Great agent for 1031 exchange!

This summer I created a plan to sell my rental property in the DU area and then purchase another rental property in Parker. My goal was to carry out the plan by myself, except for my realtor, Adrian. I couldn't have done it without him! From the beginning of giving my renters a 30-day notice to selling my property that turned out to be an excellent deal to buying and then renting my new investment property, Adrian guided me through every step of the way. Having not done something like this before, I know I texted and called Adrian a lot to get his advice. Adrian made sure I had the right documents and provided e-sign documents so I could sign without having to go to an office. I will definitely recommend Adrian to anyone who's buying or selling a property, and I will definitely go to Adrian when it's time to sell and/or buy a new property!
