I initially called Adrian regarding selling my house during the holiday season. Adrian was out of the country and immediately contacted me to set-up a time and place that was convenient for me. We discussed my reason for selling, my future plans and my time frame. I considered Adrian to be first, a Transitional Advisor and second, a real estate broker. He educated me on the steps required to transition from selling my house to identifying a new location.
