I had a complicated property that had a lot of problems (liens on the property for excessive trash, no well or city water, a lengthy tenant eviction, etc). Adrian was fully committed to helping us get through it. He was responsive and helpful navigating the process. I honestly thought midway through that he was going to drop us, we had so much drama that kept hindering our ability to sell! He kept a steady demeanor through it all, and was very professional.
