We had a unique situation, my husband and I. Everything that could go wrong went wrong. We started the process of purchasing a home in March ‘19 and hired Adrian as our agent in May ‘19. Had we not had Adrian as our agent, I don’t know what we would’ve done. We had two failed escrows (not on our end), we put in six offers, who knows how many houses he took us to see. Listing my home with Adrian was one of the best choices I’ve ever made. I had decided to list my home several months before I met Adrian. I had met with other agents that simply told me to give them a call once I had made improvements and my home was ready to list. Unfortunately my financial situation did not allow for that and I was unable to afford my mortgage payment let alone make improvements. I was referred to Adrian by one of his previous clients who spoke very highly of him and I contacted him right away. From the day I met Adrian I felt a huge weight lifted off of me. By the following day we were doing a walk through with his handy man and within a month my house looked like a model home and was on the market.
