Met Adrian when he was selling another home in my neighborhood... kept his card. A year later I was transferred for work to another state.... Put a call into Adrian to sell my home, as it was the same model I observed him sell quickly a year earlier. He came by quickly, listed the home... Showed the home within 5 days of listing and the home was sold by the 6th day after listing at the full listing price. Was excellent to work with, quick, and very professional. Helpful in every way. Oh, the listing photos, they were great...
