Adrian was very professional and patient with us. He had personal events going on but he would film a video before and send it to us explaining things to us. He really went above and beyond!

Hard working team. Quick to get the half dozen different inspectors on task and completed in the short window, the half dozen sub contractors to provide the needed estimates so the closing could move forward. All this with several holidays slowing down normal activities. Job well done. The house hunt was short, as my wife and I had been hunting the six months prior and we met JR at a open house.
