We recently purchased a home in Nocatee with Adrian as our agent. He was recommended by a co-worker and we were very happy we had the opportunity to work with him. Adrian was a great listener and he patiently showed us every area of town so we could make the right decision on where we wanted to relocate. Once we made our decision he did excellent though the negotiation process and ensured we received all of our requests. We would definitely work with him in the future and recommend him to others.
