From the moment I met Adrian I knew I had the right person to find a home for me. He took the time to listen to my needs which at the time included finding a house that would be accesible for my 86 year old mom. He showed me homes that fit my wants and needs and we thought I had found the house fo us. But as we neared the time to make an offer, he had concerns about the stucco on the whole house. He began noticing issues that could become problematic. A stucco report was ordered and I decided that I wouldn't proceed with the purchase of this house. No problems as we continued looking. Did I mention I am from Staten Island NY? Unfortunately in the midst of all this, my mom died unexpectedly. It was as if Adrian knew us for a long time as he sent flowers to let us know he was thinking of us. (my sister and brother in law , who are also looking for a house with him as their agent) So we emailed and spoke on the phone and when I was ready he set up another full day of looking at houses. On this day we found the home I now live in. He has since been an extremely helpful friend as I am new to the area and don't know carpenters and electricians and floor guys and has sent recommendations. Throughout this time, if I asked for help he was right there to assist me. Adrian is a wonderful agent, knowledgeable, funny, concerned, and available. You have a great agent in him and I hope to keep him as a good friend.

He took the time to understand exactly what we were looking for in a home and didn't try to sell us on properties that he knew wouldn't be good fits. Unlike some other agents we've dealt with, Adrian was not pushy and guided us, rather than directed us, with our search. He was always available to answer questions by phone, email and text and even took the time to check on us during his vacation.
