He is personable, down to earth, and seems to know the area like the back of his hand, which was very helpful as my wife and I were new to the region. He was great to work with and made our first house buying experience a pleasurable one.
Adrian was absolutely amazing. Since I lived out of state, Adrian did an unbelievable amount of work to prepare my house for the market and get it sold. He connected me with his local network of contractors to get the house ready for the market and he had keen insight into the real estate market to price the house for sale. I could not have sold the house without Adrian's huge personal effort he put into making it happen. I would strongly recommend getting Adrian on your real estate team.
