We are experienced in real estate: we've had 12+ real estate transactions in our lives, my mom was a realtor, my sister-in-law is a realtor, so our standards were high but he exceeded those high standards!! This was a relocation with my company so his commission was less than standard, but we could never tell - he worked his tail off for us.
