After no success selling my house, Adrian approached me with a marking plan that seems to be aggressive.I listed with him and his crew and started to experience lots of traffic.Sold the house quickly and was very appreciative with his crew and their approach. Very professional, responsive and hard working to complete the sale,Went above board after the sale to make sure the closing went smooth. Arranged for inspection and getting crews to complete the things on the inspection that needed to be fixed.Even did some off the work himself.Would highly recommend him and have since allowed him to list another property for me.
