I have been working with Adrian for several months now as I have been preparing to buy my new home. I live out of state, so Adrian has been diligently looking for homes that meet my specifications, and then going out to see them and narrowing the pool down for me. Adrian was very helpful in our process of finding a new home. He was very knowledgeable about the area and all the ins and outs of the buying process. He was always flexible and available to go look at houses, he would always respond promptly to any of our questions or needs, he would take the time to explain everything to us and make sure we understood, and the people we worked with through his recommendations were great! We are now also in the process of selling our previous home and we are again using him as our agent. Again he has given us great recommendations for handymen to fix things on our house and also helped us in pointing out things we can do to improve our chances of selling. We have really enjoyed working with him and will definitely use him again in the future.

As a Canadian purchasing Real Estate in the USA I found Adrian helpful in explaining the process and incites of the Arizona process. In a purchase from Fannie Mae he negotiated extra consideration which ended up be beneficial to both the buyer and seller.
