We had the home sold on 2 different occasions that fell through because the first buyer(s) not being qualified in the end. The second buyers and their agent decided to put offers on other properties at the same time (we found out after they wanted out of the contract). She stayed diligent and we worked together to get the house sold. If she can sell my house after all the difficulties we came across all the way until 3 day after it was to close for the final time.
