Loretta did a fantastic job guiding us through the entire process on our recent sale. Our house was a 2 family with tenants in both units in a tougher area. This presented additional challenges and constant communication with both tenants and myself to arrange the inspections, contractors, showings, etc, and she did it with professionalism throughout the entire process.
