Amazing Experience! Re-locating Out of state.

Adena is incredible! My husband and I are re-locating from Pennsylvania to Florida. We really only knew that we wanted to live on the East Coast of Florida. We had a dream. We shared with Adena what we envisioned our forever home to look like from floor plan to amenities to nightlife. But she asked for more than that. Adena took the time to understand the kind of people we are, what we enjoy doing, about our families and friends who will come visit, our interest and hobbies. We chose several options from the listings Adena sent us and traveled to spend the one day with her. She squeezed in 8 properties in ONE day! It was MORE than positive - we fell in love with 2 properties. Our first offer was on a property that the seller decided to take off the market - we were set back and a bit heartbroken BUT Adena helped us through all of the journey. We realized that our first pick was not really the one we lost - it was the one that seemed too good to be true - she said, "let's try"! It was a bit more expensive than our price range, but Adena worked with us to make a reasonable fair offer, and we are the proud owners of a new beach home! It is EVERYTHING we put on paper and shared with her and MORE! Right down to the nightlife and enjoyment that we wanted our new lifestyles to be! Adena made this process so less scary because she communicated often and professionally. We never felt unsure or uneasy. Right down to her lender. Adena even did our closing walk thru remotely and sent us a video! We felt like we were there. She did extra, with so much care and genuine excitement FOR and WITH us. She is a TOP NOTCH agent and even more a beautiful person. Thats what made the experience extraordinary. I highly recommend Adena Williams. If you are searching for something perfect and hoping for a fun journey in what can be a very scary process - she is the lady! We are so grateful, and we gained a new friend as well!
