My husband and I are forever grateful for Adeline and all of the hard work she did to help us find our new home as well as put our existing home on the market. I was pregnant with our second child and knew we needed more space than our current 3 bedroom house had to offer. Adeline worked with us for about a year, helping us seek out the perfect house in out preferred location (Bon Air area) and also acted very quickly to put in an offer since the market was extremely competitive. She knew we really wanted the house, and helped us craft an offer that was accepted over several other offers but still did not blow our budget. This was our first offer we ever put in on a house. We feel so fortunate to now live in such a great home/neighborhood. Adeline was also our saving grace when it came to selling our old house. There were some hiccups along the way (nothing that was the fault of us or Adeline) and she was there to navigate the things that came up and got us to closing on time! Adeline has been an enormous help with finding our first home!
