Adele and her team go over and beyond what I have ever seen an agent does to sell a house. She insures that the house is ready for sale by staging the house for sale meticulously. She also understands the market on pricing and desirability and maximizes the sale price for the seller. Lastly she ensures that the buyers are qualified to close and works through the entire due diligence and closing process to ensure that there is no re-trade or monies spent by the seller for repairs. She does her homework upfront. I would highly recommend Adele and her team. This is the second sale I had used her on in our family and she delivers better than any other agent i have ever worked with.

That in itself was invaluable. Once the upgrades to our house was completed, we needed a strong strategy for positioning the house with a cogent theme and associated staging. Adele and her team of professionals developed and executed the selected theme beautifully. The house was staged to maximize the positive aspects of the house, it's size, layout, features and the overall property and its lake views. Staging is an art in itself and she staged our house in a way that showed it at its best. In conclusion, working with Adele proved to be a very successful and even enjoyable experience. Adel (and Sheryl) are absolutely the best real estate agents I have ever seen. When I decided to sell our house, I first looked for successful agents to work with. I interviewed several best agents working in Weston. As soon as I saw Sheryl and Adel, I knew I need to see no more. They are friendly, passionate, very knowledgeable, and most of all, showed great professionalism. In our first meeting, they showed me the market in the past few years, recent sales in the neighborhood, detailed comparisons between my house and recent sales and those currently on the market. Then they gave me several options to sell my house depending on my budget for possible renovation projects and corresponding target selling prices. Once I decided what renovation projects to do, they worked with me 24 hours a day, seven days a week on these projects. They suggested good contractors, offered professional opinions on which colors for wall paint, which color for molding, which floor for bedroom flooring, details on home staging, etc. They were very professional, patient, and paying attention to every detail. They knew the best stating company and best photographer who made my house shine. Once my house was on the market, they held open houses on Saturdays and Sundays almost every two weeks. Although I was out of town, I knew that was a laborious task: they would talk to and answer various questions from 10 to 15 guests for nearly three hours each time. I never asked them to hold a single open house: they worked hard on every house they sell and treat each property like their own. Moreover, whenever someone wanted to see the house, either Adel or Sheryl will be there in person to show the house to each potential buyer. Finally we got a good offer. Adel and Sheryl acted completely on my interest: they tried their best to negotiate with the buyer agent a best price for me (instead of some other agents I have worked with, who always tried to persuade me into accepting a low price).
