Yes, this was my own home, but I did everything I would do for all my clients. Professional photography, Staging, Beautiful Brochures, had all mechanicals checked out to insure working order. Marketing was done and then the showings began. Equipped the home with the necessary PPE for everyone's safety and then negotiated multiple offers. Extremely pleased. Sold over asking price! Awesome!
