We are writing this letter to express how exceptional Adela Picar is as a Realtor. She has been fabulous throughout our home buying process. We first met Adela back in 2009. She demonstrated professionalism and dedication in assisting with selling of our condo. We decided 12 years later to sell our current home and buy a new home with another realtor familiar with the city we were interested in buying. The Realtor was horrible, dishonest and gave us false hope just to get a quick sale without the work. She discouraged our VA loan, insisting in a conventional loan to be competitive buyers. VA loans assist Veterans who served and risked their lives should never be discriminated. We knew we needed a new Realtor and remembered Adela. I called her immediately and she responded quickly.
