Far beyond the ordinary!

From start to finish, my agent, Ade Lau did far more than I could ever expect from an agent. My situation was unique, in that I have been traveling abroad 3 of the 4 months of the process in selling my townhome. This often meant we were talking at 11 PM his time and also handling documents in using camera calls as well. Additionally, just prior to close, Ade arranged moving of my furniture into a local storage. Ade also had good contractors perform the list of needed fixes to satisfy the list of needed fixes. Ade even negotiated down the list of the asked for fixes. Ade is a true pro and capable of getting through any hurdles that face a home seller. I highly recommend Ade Lau. - Brett Anderson
