My wife and I used Adam to sell our 2 condos in 2015. One condo was in downtown Sarasota and the other condo was in the Preserve at Tara. Adam was on top of the chart for getting our properties sold in a very short time period under difficult Real Estate times. Adam was excellent with having all documents signed in a quick time frame. I have been very impressed with every bit of Adam's help. This has been my first home purchase of my own, But I have seen the process many times with my parents. With this being my first house, he really helped me along the way. Everyone he brought out for home inspection or lending, was top notch. I could not have asked for better service by anyone that was recommended to me. It took us a while to find the house that we did. But it was one that both my wife and I are very happy to have.
