There are people who do the job and there are people who enjoy the job. Adam Ullein falls into the latter. Regretfully, Adam was not the first agent I hired to sell my father’s home. First, I contracted a hip agency in Vero Beach and when that didn’t work out, I hired a Sebastian-based, self-proclaimed industry mover-and-shaker. Neither panned out. In their defense, my asking price was way too high so I can’t fault them for not being able to sell the house. That said, from a seller’s perspective, Adam worked exponentially harder for me than either of the previous two agents. Adam was always available to talk about what was going on with the sale and expertly guided me through to closing. I wasn’t local, so Adam was my eyes and ears throughout the process and on more than one occasion put in much of his own sweat equity to make sure everything was just right for showings, open houses (every weekend!) and fulfillment. He’s incredibly earnest, honest, and considered me respectfully even when the news wasn’t positive. As I suggested at the top of this review, Adam has a passion for this work and I couldn’t be happier with the outcome or more ready to recommend him to others.
