Adam and his team really go the extra mile. He got us a great price ( way below appraisal value ) on our new home, plus he talked the contractor into throwing in some choice upgrades for free. When selling our home he got us an offer above our asking price. And when our buyers realtor started dropping the ball Adam stepped right in and made it work. Even after the sell and purchase of our homes Adam has been there to help. Recommending local contractors for my needs. He knows this area very well and it's very apparent after you start looking for houses. This is the realtor you'll use again.

Adam and assistant Brittany were excellent help for selling our home in this highly charged seller's market. His strategy and plan was well thought out and the execution was relatively stress-free. We're still in shock as sellers after we received well-over our asking price, simply by sticking to the plan, creating the broad interest, then handling over 55 showings in 2 days(!) and receiving over 25 competitive offers.
