My wife and I purchased our first home in 2021 and Adam was a HUGE help. We actually came across Adam by mistake from a listing he posted that we were interested in. We were glad we did. He impressed us most with his knowledge of the real estate industry and taking all the time we needed to explain things to us and not be pushy. Very tech savvy. Very responsive to all questions. we were very impressed with his marketing strategy. Very professional. We loved the way he took pictures of each of the rooms and also outside the house. Throughout the process he was very easy to work with. He gave us sound advice when the time came to negotiate the offers. Overall my wife and I were extremely happy to have had him as our agent. We will recommend him without any hesitation.
Right from the beginning, Adam impressed me with his knowledge of the real estate business. He sold my home in Plymouth in 2019, and then helped me buy my condo there as well. He gave me guidance, but let me make my own decisions. If I needed more information, he responded quickly. In addition, my former home sold for its full asking price, and Adam negotiated a lower price on my new home.
