Throughout the entire home-buying process, he made us feel like we were his only client, even though we knew he had many more and managed a team of agents. He quickly and comprehensively responded to all our questions, showed up in person even when he didn't have to (and always early), gave honest and insightful guidance, and connected us with great vendors when we needed work done on the house (including after the purchase). We never felt pressured by Adam to spend more than we could, even though it would have been to his benefit.
